The Office of Facilities Management has partnered with Accruent to implement a new computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The CMMS, referred to as FAMIS, allows the Office of Facilities Management the flexibility to receive service request, and track materials, labor cost and inventory within work orders and project management.

Historically, the Office of Facilities Management has operated as a reactive enterprise. FAMIS gives Facilities Management a tool to be more strategic in our work.

To submit a work order request go to  and click Submit a Request under the Facilities Management heading.

HOW DO I ACCESS FAMIS?

To access FAMIS you must first login to .  The username and password are the ¹û¶³´«Ã½ account credentials that have been issued to students, faculty, and staff from Information Services.  For additional information on how to log in to e-Services, click .

Once logged in, scroll down until you see the header titled Facilities Management on the left hand side.  Click "Submit a Request" and you will be directed to FAMIS.

I HAVE LOGGED INTO E-SERVICES AND DO NOT SEE "SUBMIT A REQUEST. WHAT DO I DO?

Permissions for an employee are determined by the employee's supervisor. If "Submit a Request" is not visible to you please refer to the Information Technology Accounts Policy by clicking here.

WHO CAN ACCESS FAMIS?

Students, faculty, and staff that have been issued ¹û¶³´«Ã½ account credentials can access FAMIS.
