The employer-employee relationship between 果冻传媒 and its employees remains at-will which means either party may terminate the relationship at any time. No supervisor, manager, or representative of 果冻传媒 other than the president has the authority to enter into any agreement with the employee regarding the terms of employment that changes the at-will relationship or deviates from the provisions in this Guide. 果冻传媒 reserves the right to change wages, hours and working conditions as deemed necessary.
